Tina gives solo performances and also performs with her band, "Tina Louise Barr and the Bluegrass Compadres". Tina is well-known for her remarkable clarity and versatility on the autoharp, and her trademark "high-geared" instrumentals have won recognition in the professional recording industry. She has performed solo on radio and television, and also has appeared with the Black Irish Band as a guest artist. Tina was flown out to Nashville, Tennessee to record her unique styles and she was accompanied by co-producers Mark Howard and Ron Wall, as well as top session musicians Dennis Crouch, Richard Bailey, and Stuart Duncan.

Tina Louise Barr has won numerous competitions for her innovative musical abilities on the autoharp, including top awards in the International Autoharp Championship. Tina also is the winner of the 2004 Modesto Area Music Association "MAMA" award, in the “Best Americana” category.

Currently, Tina is available for professional studio work. She can record lead autoharp or rhythm tracks for creative artists searching for a fresh sound in music or video productions. This is Tina’s fourth visit to the California Autoharp Gathering. In 2005, the “Bluegrass Compadres” delighted us with their dynamic and fast-paced performance, receiving a standing ovation.
