Friday Dinner: BBQ Tri-Tip, Baked Potatoes (w/fixings), BBQ Beans, Vegetarian Entrée, Vegetable of the Day, Green Salad, Hot Rolls, Fresh Fruit, Chef’s Dessert
Saturday Breakfast: Bacon & Eggs, Hash Brown Potatoes, Hot & Cold Cereals, Toast & Butter, Fresno Fruit, Coffee, Tea, Milk, and fixings
Saturday Lunch: Philly Cheese Steaks (w/fresh rolls), Vegetarian Entrée, French Fries, Green Salad, Fresh Fruit, Chef’s Dessert
Saturday Dinner: Baked Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Vegetarian Entrée, Vegetable of the Day, Green Salad, Hot Rolls, Fresh Fruit, Chef’s Dessert
Sunday Breakfast: Breakfast Sausage, Country Flapjacks, Hot & Cold Cereals, Baked Apples, Toast & Butter, Fresh Fruit, Coffee, Tea, Milk, and fixings
Sunday Lunch: Sandwiches Deli-Style (Ham, Turkey, Salami, Tuna), Vegetarian Entrée, Potato Chips, Pickle Spears, Fresh Fruit, Chef’s Dessert
Notes:
- Please indicate on the registration page if you wish to have the vegetarian entrée option. The vegetarian entrée option will be made available only to those who have selected this option in advanced to the festival. The vegetarian entrée option will be served in the kitchen area.
- All registrations to the CAG will include this meal service. It is part of the contract the CAG has with the Ranch. It’s OK if you want to bring your own meals, however, you will still have the meal pass as part of your festival package.
- Coffee, tea, lemonade, and water will be made available 24 hours per day.
